Digital files and printing
Creating and downloading your digital map is free. Print requests are reviewed manually. The quote, payment, print proof and delivery arrangements are confirmed separately before production.
Your data
Your projects, imported places and generated files are stored with your account. Addresses are sent to Mapbox for geocoding and the results are retained. If you request AI assistance, a sample of your file is sent to the AI provider. We do not sell your location data. Only upload data you are authorized to use. A separate Data Processing Agreement is available below.
Map content and quality
Map content includes Mapbox and OpenStreetMap data. Your PNG and PDF use the dimensions of the chosen format. The final preview comes from your exported PNG. Detail depends on the geographic area and source data; screen and print colors can vary. Large format is currently unavailable.
Orders and delivery
The operator confirms the quote, payment, print proof, production and dispatch manually. Contact Empire Mapper for delivery details, changes or a damaged shipment. Any signed agreement or specific terms accompanying your quote take precedence where applicable.
Your content and acceptable use
You retain ownership of the data and custom text you provide. Respect third-party mapping licenses and do not upload unlawful content, malicious files or information you are not authorized to process. Contact Empire Mapper for questions about an order or your data.
